I can't say enough great things about Ramon, he's the ultimate professional, he's punctual, kind, caring, engaging, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. Ramon assembled a television stand with the fireplace insert and a kitchen island cart on wheels that came with no instructions on the numerous packets of nuts and bolts and what parts they fit in, thankfully Ramon didn't need the instructions and placed every nut and bolt in the correct part in a timely manner, anyone else with less patience and knowledge would have taken a long time to figure it out. His prices are extremely reasonable for the quality of work that he does. I'm very pleased with the overall results and experience with Ramon( who I consider family now) 🙂 and will be hiring him for all my future home improvement needs and projects. and referring him to all my friends and family. I highly recommend Ramon (Joint Venture Development,LLC) if you want high quality work,( be it assembling furniture, plumbing, bathroom and kitchen remodeling, flooring, porches/decks etc.) done professionally in a timely manner at a reasonable rate give Ramon a call, you won't regret it. PS, once you hire him I guarantee you'll be using him for all your future projects as well.

Ramon was wonderful! He worked so hard to snake my drains and came back first thing in the morning with helper and he did it! Got me open and bought me some time to have more extensive repair done. He will be back when I gather the funds to move forward. Felt very good about his knowledge and his willingness to not give up until he was successful
