Mr. Burger was on time and professional in all his work. He explained the problems with the piano and what could be done to correct them including rough ideas for the cost. He came twice to our home because the piano was so out of tune (it hadn't been worked on in over 20 years!) He was very knowledgeable and thoughtful in his explanations. He was great to work with!

James is such a delight to work with. He is incredibly knowledgable and skilled. He worked with us to restore an antique piano we recently acquired. He laid out a plan of what could be done and highlighted priority areas for immediate attention. He removed the action and took it to his shop to reshape the hammers and installed new dampers, rail felt, and bridle straps. He has come our home to tune the piano and is a welcome visitor. He took time to show my young children the inside of the piano and explain how each part worked. We plan to be in touch with James for future tuning as well as to do work on the keys. We now have a beautiful and functional antique piano to enjoy!
