After several days of rain in NYC, our backyard couldn’t take anymore water and our basement flooded. Water poured from the walls. I desperately reached out to several people on the app and Frank called me in less than 5 minutes, I didn’t expect anyone to call me as I assumed everyone was in a similar position and these experts were busy. He had a few jobs ahead of mine but said he’d come by at 3pm. Thankfully, Frank showed up at 1p which was perfect timing because my partner was treading water on his own and was losing his mind. Frank, with the calmest composure directed the water into our sump pump and without hesitation began to do what he does best, bring order to chaos. Without him, we would’ve drown, literally. Not only did he help temporarily relieve us but advised on a more permanent solution and even took my partner to the nearest Home Depot to get what we needed. In a time of need, Frank not only helped us with his knowledge, but extended himself with transportation to/from Home Depot and didn’t take advantage of us on cost. Whatever he charges, he’s worth it and honestly, can beat any other price you’ve been given. Certainly a saved number for future and easily recommended to anyone in need.
