Luca is the most professional person I've ever met. He has exceptional knowledge of fireplaces and it's operations. The beauty is that he doesn't just sell the product he sells what's best for you! Which I feel is important. Not only do they install, in service, and follow through until the job is completed without any hesitation, they are always available for any questions or concerns you may have. I can't wait to do my outdoor kitchen with them.

Purchased a complete outdoor kitchen from Luca. Service was amazing! Was delivered exactly when they said it would be. They even made me a 3D rendering to show me what my space would look like before I purchased. Very knowledgeable about their products. Even bought a fireplace from them! Would highly recommend this place.

Stephanie and Sal from Nyc fireplace went above and beyond to help me out with an exchange for my Gozney pizza oven which I actually purchased directly from Gozney and it was delivered damaged, Gozney did not have the oven available for an exchange so it was either except another color oven or have nothing, Nyc fireplace worked with Gozney and myself to exchange the oven for me through Gozney even though I didnt purchase it from Nyc fireplace, This type of customer service is in a class all by itself!! If youre looking to buy a pizza oven, a barbecue or a fireplace, I highly suggest you contact Sal and Stephanie at Nyc fireplace. They are the best in the business.
