FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing systems should not be complicated at all. Labor plus material should be the general norm for most contractors. There is only one item which needs to be explained to the homeowner prior to any commencement of work - unforeseen obstacles. Meaning that if the contractor was not able to tell the customer at the time of the initial estimate that there was an issue with something that he was not able to see, that there would be an additional cost involved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, we/I try to attend most trade shows which at same time will have the latest tool, technique (most of the time to sell you the tool) classes.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
None of our jobs are common in any which way. But we have and can do it all. From the most basic paint job - up to a brand new construction of a building/home. Man caves, kitchens, bathrooms, wine cellars, libraries, custom wood working, partitions and much much more. You dream it, we'll build it. If you can't dream it, no worries, we can even dream it for you too!
