Being new to the area, I had not secured snow plowing services before the big nor'easter hit in early December. SVL&C responded promptly to my call for help and got the job done for me. While they couldn't get to me the day of the storm, they were in regular communication and did good job plowing me out. It was a 5 star experience!

Details: I need plowing now and for the rest of the season • I do not need salt and de-icing • Driveway • 2,000 - 3,000 sq ft • Flat • I just need snow plowing for my residence

Looks like it by our photos. Miss Geiger is very unhappy because she and her husband have just lost in court the judge clearly ruled upon a factual basis that everything that was presented to the court was to show I was in favor. I had explained to mr and mrs Geiger that my team had run out of material and had put in a some temporary supports so that mr Geiger could fulfill his end of the deal. Not sure where things turned but I all of a sudden get a phone call about how the work was done un satisfactory after my crew and I have explained to them that we needed more material yes should the material Have been there yes but this year was super crazy and me and my team was working to the best of our ability to make everyone happy. Also with this project I had specifically explained in our contract that once the demo was preformed we would have to see where and what needed to be fixed and come up with a plan of attack on how to fix the issue the floors were very saggy as the roof had been leaking for years and the water had run in the ceiling walls and floor there was a ton of mold inside the rooms all the fixing of the rot leveling the floor fixing the ceiling and wall studs were preformed by us and never compensated they were the ones that stopped us from Doing the work when things would have come out perfect like all the other pictures that are on here but instead they tried to go further. We do and always have taken pride in our work and our customers and will do so for years to come.

This is probably the saddest example of nice people who just don't know what they're doing :/. Hired Dave for a large raised deck with part having a roof, fencing, a stone patio and excavation for under deck parking. Pretty much everything you could imagine going wrong did, outside of a 2 week estimate lasting 4 months, the sewer line was hit, twice in the same day with an excavator bucket even though the location was known... It was repaired for an extra charge, and 4 months later had to be dug up and redone because the pitch went uphill instead of down pushing sewage back into my basement, and had a rubber t connection, installed backwards, which was also collapsed... Found this out the night before 5 friends planned to come up for the weekend, and had to cancel last minute since they wouldn't be able to flush the toilets during their stay. Also, the drain for the basement was torn out, never replaced and covered up with dirt. I only found out after 3 days of rain made my sump pump spew sewage tainted water like a geyser in my basement (due to sewer line issues noted above), so a new line had to be dug and installed. That and a drain had to be installed to direct the water pitched to pool against my footing to go to the road... For the metal roof added to the covered portion of the deck, they used caulk instead of flashing against the house, and tried to convince me it'd work the same, had to hassle them for weeks to add the flashing. Oversized gates were installed on the fence, only wanted 4ft, where 2 little brackets were added to support a 6ft gate that was also attached to a crooked post that had to be repaired twice so far. And when I went to park under the deck, my tires sank on one side, they tried to convince me it was rain water that wasn't drying because the deck was blocking the sunlight...turns out it was the french drain that was also broken during excavation and covered up with dirt instead of being repaired, so that line had to be installed. I now need to pay a professional plumber to inspect the work, obviously don't trust theirs, have my basement professionally cleaned, and lines scoped. These are just the highlights, soooo many other small things, and countless hours spent doing the work of a project manager since they don't have one, they will skyrocket your blood pressure and take time off of your life with the maddening mistakes. Even after all that, not bad people, but good Lord are they bad at the work...I really recommend you save yourself the long lasting grief... Pictures attached so you know that I'm not making this up... definitely couldn't make this stuff up...

Well where can we start she is right whatever could go wrong on this project did. We fought tooth and tail to complete everything as things had went against us non stop. I had explained throughout the entire process of this project things that hurt us and things we had needed to do. At the start of the season we had a larger crew so I had booked us as if we had the larger crew well between weather projects taking longer because of things added lack of materials and loosing a few crew members it had set us back. As you can imagine my team pushed hard no matter what setbacks were unfortunately it wasn’t enough to make everyone satisfied but we gave it our all. My team takes pride in our work and unfortunately we just had a streak of bad luck on this project everything that was broke or that had lacked was completed in a timely manor. Our goal is to make our customers happy and unfortunately this project had so many struggles that everyone had lost their patience. But throughout this whole project all the setbacks and struggles my team never gave up and pushed to be completed. Pictures of completed project below in the end everything came out beautiful.
