- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We pride ourselves on being the best value to our customers, not only in the Greater Rochester and Syracuse areas, but the entire State of New York. The quality of our service and our low pricing can not be matched anywhere! Our mission is to always SURPASS our customers highest expectations!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I begin working with a new customer, I meet with them to discuss the specific details of their event. At this meeting, we discuss the timeline of events, specific songs they would like played, age range of guests, procedure to handling guest request, and any special announcements they would like me to make. For weddings, each couple and I discuss in depth, all of the specific details of the night. I go over everything from the "pronounciations of the names of those being introduced", all the way down to what song they would like for their last dance of the evening. The conversation that I have with my customers, allows me to get a good feel as to what music they would enjoy during their event, and allows me to better prepare for their celebration!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from SUNY Geneseo College in 1998. I began DJing professionally in January of 1999, and have since, DJ'd at over 1,000 functions. I have learned something from each one of these events; and I bring that expert knowledge with me to each gig that I peform at today! My varied and vast experiences is what sets Sound Entertainment DJs apart from other DJ services.
