- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Repair with parts car guaranteed for 3 months or 90days. Repairs that are just labored are covered for 30 days. Service charge is waived if unit is repaired. Service charge is good for 30 days.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of the customers in this line of work are new customers. Customers will be notified of appointment and will be contacted when tech is on the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for various companies over the last 18 years , both warranty and out of warranty.
