Edwin was very professional and did a great job repairing our dishwasher. He brought the needed parts, performed tests to make sure the parts actually needed to be replaced. He was punctual and performed the work at a fair price. I would definitely use VIM again for any future repairs.

I’ve hired Edwin twice now. Once for the refrigerator and the other time for the dryer. Both times he’s been able to properly address the issue and each time he’s explained to me exactly what was wrong. Would recommend him to anyone looking for professional appliance repair.

Edwin, the technician from V.I.M Appliance Repairs Service arrived within expected time. Appeared to be knowledgeable and above all honest. Found the problems with my refrigerator to be more of a maintenance based (dirty coils etc.) type. Did not try to sell me any unnecessary but expensive parts. I appreciate it. Will know in a day or two if his service restored my fridge to previous working condition. Right now it seems to be working fine.

Repair with parts car guaranteed for 3 months or 90days. Repairs that are just labored are covered for 30 days. Service charge is waived if unit is repaired. Service charge is good for 30 days.

Most of the customers in this line of work are new customers. Customers will be notified of appointment and will be contacted when tech is on the way.
