- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give discounts to non-profit organizations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers will go through a four-step process once we decide that the project is a fit. 1) Discovery Call: We ask the right questions to understand your campaign goals, vision, and brand deeply, so we can work together to create content that caters to all your brand’s needs. 2) Pre-production: We brainstorm different themes, locations, etc. These important decisions will dictate everything from scriptwriting to staffing, equipment, location, and props, and tailor a crew to your specific project needs, getting rid of any extra fees or overhead, so the entire process is as efficient as possible. 3) Production: We are proactive about each phase in production as we move from filming/photography to screen capturing, shooting, graphics creation, and VO recording. 4) Post Production - We are meticulous about everything, and with the right audio, color, and special effects, we will deliver a show-stopping video that helps your brand create sales funnels to generate leads. Wrap-up meeting/Survey - This is where we discuss what went right and wrong and how we can improve. Customer feedback is very important to us.

Our team has acquired bachelor's degrees in our field. We are always challenging ourselves to stay current by attending workshops and seminars to learn about the new industry trends.
