Dwayne responded within five minutes of my request on a Friday and he had the entire thing done Sunday. As a DIY and Handyman myself, I did not want to spend the eight hours. It would take for me to assemble this based on reviews of this specific machine and Dwayne showed up and had it done in three hours flat.LOL. In fact this specific machine he has done 8 to 12 times that just shows his experience and expertise with fitness equipment and maintenance.

Dwane and his team helped put together a peloton tread that I purchased on Facebook marketplace. He made it easy by handling pickup, disassembly, delivery and assembly. Trustworthy and professional. Definitely knowledgeable about fitness equipment and he even gave my husband and I a few pointers about the treadmill warranty. Highly recommend! Will use him again in the future.

I was having problems with my NordicTrack exercise bike. Dwayne was quick to respond and set up a time to look at the bike. He arrived right on schedule and quickly diagnosed the issues and completed the repair in under an hour. Now the bike is fun to ride again. Not only was he very professional, but he was also very friendly. I am definitely contacting him again if I have any more issues with the bike.
