We contracted paint upstate to stain our deck. They arrived on time and finished the project as promised. From start to finish they met all of our expectations. Paint Upstate: phenomenal, exceptional, professional. These are the best words to describe Justin & Ashley’s business. From assessing and preplanning the job to executing the finished product, we could not have been happier with the process and outcome! Ashley is so personable and organized. She is quick to respond to emails and accommodated all of our requests prior to the job. She eliminated all the stress in preparing and was so trustworthy! Justin and his painting assistant Rick were awesome. They painted much of the interior of our home to perfection, not an easy job as we have a second story height ceiling in our living room. The edges were painted precisely and any damage that was previously on the walls is now completely undetectable. The transformation is breathtaking! Not to mention, they had the utmost respect for our home and left the place spotless. Put simply: HIRE PAINT UPSTATE for impeccable work completed in a timely manner with reasonable prices and people who are consummate professionals!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge for labor + materials. Our pricing varies depending on the job type. All estimates are free!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I make an appointment to see your project. At our meeting I will prepare and have a quote ready for you to view by the end. I e-mail that to you before leaving - if accepted you can sign the quote electronically and send in your deposit. At that time we schedule your project. Justin typically works between 7am - 3pm, Monday through Friday.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Justin is OSHA 10 and LEAD certified. Safety is our number one priority!
