Extremely professional and incredibly friendly. During our party an elevator got stuck between 2 floors, Greg and his team handled everything flawlessly, contacted the fire department immediately and kept the party going without a hitch. I received multiple comments on how polite the security staff members were. I'll hire Greg and his team any time I need help in the future. 10/10.
