- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have great discounts on bulk projects! up to 75%! Every case is different price depends on difficulty of repair, market part cost, and also on distance I need to travel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I will ask you for device model and will need information about your issue. Second I will give you estimate and ask for the best time and place to perform repair. After confirmation just wait for my ETA
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been certified by ICracked.com in 2015 by Apple standards. I also have advanced certificate for soldering jobs witch I rarely perform due to high cost of repair.
