- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$200 is my minimum price. built into that is the fee I pay to thumbtack for your contact info. that can be from $14 to $75 or more for a lead fee. I also have to consider the weight and volume of the junk/ debris. having said that, I find that we are able to work within most budgets. it's just good for you, the customer, to understand what goes into pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we text them, then call. they describe the items to be removed and / or send me pics. a small job I can usually quote over the phone. a larger job will require a free onsite visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
N/A No education is required. just blood, sweat, and tears. lol
