What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When you call for a quote the process is started by asking a little about your project. I may ask for some pictures to accurately quote the job. Once the quote is complete it will be sent to you with the final price of service. I believe I am fair with my prices.

Working with a new customer involves a structured process of initial contact, understanding needs, proposing solutions, negotiation, onboarding, ongoing support, feedback collection, and building lasting relationships.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10+ years in the security alarm industry with certifications in all products that we offer. We are fully trained and certified at manufacturers level and state level. We are NICET certified professionals.
