- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually give a discount if a client invests in a package that includes multiple sessions. I also give a thank you referral gift for referring other clients, usually a free session or something equivalent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I conduct an initial phone/video call. This is important to get some initial info from the client. We will discuss health history, exercise history, fitness background and availability. I will devise a preliminary session and workout plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my personal trainer certification through ACE. I am also certified in CPR. I am a prior step aerobics instructor and have created my own choreography for my classes. I am and have been a client myself with my own trainer for over 10 years. I take different webinars and attend several seminars often to expand my knowledge and keep up to date. With these experiences and continued learning, I am capable of analyzing your body and creating a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals.
