Her sessions are designed to work through specific movement techniques tailored to one's current physical, mental, or emotional challenges, aiming to alleviate anxiety, tension, depression, or anger, and promote inner peace, happiness, and lightness. MEDITATION As someone who values authenticity in all aspects of life, Celeste has been traveling to India since 2000 to learn and train in meditation and yoga as she believes in the experience of the true essence of things through personal experimentation. She spent six years learning and training in Tibetan Buddhist meditation in monasteries of the Himalayan mountains of north India and Hindu Vedic Verdanta medication in ashrams of south India. I recently attended one of Celeste's group classes in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, and it was such a great experience! She blends yoga, dance, movement, and meditation in a way that feels really holistic and healing. You can really tell from the way she teaches that she has a deep understanding of the body, mind, and spirit. With over 20 years of experience in different movement practices, she’s super experienced in helping people heal, grow, and transform. We started with some breathwork using pranayama techniques, and each of us set our own personal intentions. Then we moved into a fun, creative movement session, where we played with Tai Chi-inspired exercises, like stretching, collapsing, and expanding imaginary energy balls between us. It was such a cool way to connect! We also did some partnered movement exercises focused on emotions like trust, authenticity, and acceptance, which helped foster a real sense of connection in the group. Throughout the class, there were short meditations, and I loved how Celeste shifted the idea of meditation beyond just sitting still—she showed us how we could meditate through movement as well. The final meditation really stood out for me. We reflected on the intentions we’d set at the beginning of the class and envisioned a future version of ourselves, which felt super powerful and inspiring. I 100% recommend Celeste for both individual and group sessions—she’s so skilled, authentic, and creates a really safe, supportive space for personal growth and healing.

Celeste is a multiskilled authentic yoga teacher and very down-to-earth. I learned yoga from her during the pandemic lockdown in my Buddhist monastery in north India, which helped alleviate the pain and stiffness in my back and legs. I was able to get off the 3 plus years of medication I was taking daily for my body aches by learning and practicing yoga with her. In the sessions, she integrated techniques and philosophies from different modalities like meditation, dance, and Tai Chi internal martial arts to aid my understanding of yoga movement and flow in my own body. The physical benefits and mental spiritual learning were long-lasting even after my training with her. Honestly, I affirm that sessions with Celeste are highly valuable with incredible results.
