I cannot say enough about our experience planning my daughter's wedding with White Wave Events, more specifically, with Ved, from White Wave Events! We live in Colorado, but the wedding was held in New York, NY, where my daughter and her fiancé met in college. I've had prior experience planning large events and I know the importance of building a good team of vendors and coordinators to ensure a successful outcome. Planning such an important event out of state was initially a concern for me. In doing our research to find a good wedding coordinator, Ved from White Wave Events was recommended to us. After an initial call with Ved, my mind was quickly put to ease, and what began from there was nothing less than a wonderful year of planning and collaborating with Ved that resulted in the wedding of our dreams. There was not a question that went unanswered, or any a detail missed. The vendors we worked with exceeded our expectations in every measure. From the photographer to the florist...the cake to the DJ...the coordination with the chapel and rehearsal dinner venue, Ved was on every detail...and all the while, with a happy, positive, and confident demeanor! My husband was so impressed with Ved that he called her out personally and thanked her during his Father of the Bride speech!
I could go on and on, but suffice it to say, I would highly recommend Ved and White Wave Events for this most important occasion!

My husband and I had initially tried to plan our wedding on our own. We had developed the macro picture in our mind perfectly, but there were still many many small details and logistics that were causing us enormous amounts of stress.
If you are currently planning a wedding and are feeling overwhelmed, Ved is the perfect fit as your wedding planner! She put us at ease within the first five minutes of our initial meeting and finally took the stress from months of planning and organizing on our own off of our shoulders. We wished we had contacted her much sooner!
With our Day Of Coordination Package, they provided the needed guidance and structure in order to execute a truly unforgettable, organized, and seamless wedding day. In the weeks leading up to the big day they gave us a detailed final “to-do” list to help us ensure that no stone was left unturned and they took over the duties of calling all of our vendors to establish themselves as the main point of contact. The package also included a final meeting with White Wave Events and the manager of our venue. This meeting provided us with the opportunity to come together as a team in order to review our wedding day itinerary to make sure all logistics were in place.
Our favorite aspect of working with Ved was her fabulous personality and her ability to maintain structure with the wedding party and guests; while also making everyone laugh and enjoy the process! We were also incredibly impressed with their decorating and how Ved and her team were able to bring our vision of the wedding to reality and make it better than we could have imagined!
Hire them! You will not regret having a wonderful team to support you and your vision for your wedding and they will help you to have fun during the process!

Ved did an absolutely outstanding job as our wedding coordinator. She was extremely helpful in picking excellent vendors and her knowledge of our venue from previous events she had planned there was invaluable. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, she saved us a ton of work in wrangling vendors and confirming last-minute details. And on the wedding day itself, she and her assistant did an amazing job tending to every little detail so we could enjoy our wedding day to the fullest, with absolutely no stress before during, or after the ceremony and reception. Thank you Ved for a job well done!

I was very happy with their services for my son's birthday party. They helped me with all my vendors, getting me the best prices with quality. She helped me get all the vendors who could deliver my vision for my son's 1 St Birthday. I highly recommend Ved, she is the best at being an event planner, she made my life so easy by taking on all the responsibilities for the party. I loved the whole process.
