- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rates are based on the quality of service provided, high-performance products used, and our professional experience. We are known for personalizing each look by listening to your input and providing support throughout the process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Complimentary consultation to learn the details of your date and look. 2. We provide you with a quote. 3. If it works for you, we confirm availability and send you a contract to sign and an invoice to submit the initial payment of 50%. 4. Once both are received, we will confirm that your booking is officially on our calendar. 5. We continue planning until the day to make sure everything goes smoothly and your look is perfect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have certified Makeup Artists and Hairstylists by NYS-approved Makeup Academy NY and licensed cosmetologists. All our pros are pro artists that specialize in weddings, special events, and portraits.
