Ken was amazing! He communicated every step of the way and made us feel very part of the process. His was thorough and pointed out every possible issue and gave a rating on whether it was an urgent fix or something that would need be addressed over time . He also offered possible solutions and ways to further maintain parts of the home that were exposed to the elements. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an inspector for their future home purchases.
