- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I set an hourly price; once we converse and I understand the scope of work, timeline, number of pieces (invitations, place cards, poem) we work together on a fair price. No refunds for items lost or damaged during shipping. Insurance coverage only.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to speak with or email about specific needs, color, decor, size of event and timeline.
