When I received the scrapbook I was really impressed. Going through each of the pictures in the album was a great stroll down memory lane. The pages were decorated with different terms, pictures or saying that corresponded to the actions or feeling in the pictures. It was a wonderful experience working with Breindy. She answered all my questions, even reached out to me to review what I wanted. The project was done in a timely manner and well produced. I even showed my two year old his memory book and his favorite page was the decorations with the little animated 3-D bugs. Anyone that I show the scrapbook to loves it. Thank you so much for all You hard work.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A scrapbook can cost anywhere between $275-$500. There are always promotions and discounts. Please ask me what they are.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: We get in touch Step 2: You decide to move forward with a scrapbook (Yay!) Step 3: I’ll send you some questions to answer Step 4: You pay the deposit (Approximately half the total amount.) Step 5: You send me the pictures and/or I get them printed for you Step 6: We have a Zoom call to go through picture details Step 7: I get started and finish the scrapbook (Woohoo!!!) Step 8: I send you a few sneak peak pictures to tease you Step 9: You pay the remaining balance Step 10: I get the finished scrapbook to you (Double woohoo!!!)
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been scrapbooking since I was 18 yrs old! I went on a trip overseas and I had hundreds of pictures. I wanted to display them in a creative way. The dollar store in my neighborhood had a huge scrapbooking section so I decided to give it a go. I've never turned back!
