- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide detailed, upfront estimates with no hidden fees. The price depends on the scope and complexity of the project, but I always strive to offer fair and competitive rates. I also offer discounts for repeat customers or for clients who bundle multiple projects together. Every project is different, and I’m happy to work with customers to find solutions that fit their budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a conversation to understand exactly what the customer needs and what their expectations are. From there, I provide a detailed estimate and timeline, making sure everything is clear upfront. Throughout the project, I keep customers updated on progress and discuss any unexpected issues that come up so we can quickly find solutions. My goal is to make the entire process smooth and stress-free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a graduate of the construction program at Apex Technical School. I graduated top of my class with a 4.0 gpa, with all 14 possible accolades, and received a letter of recommendation from the school director stating my academic performance is of the top 2% of students. I’ve also worked under a general contractor doing full home remodels. I’m currently licensed and insured as a home improvement contractor, OSHA and SST certified, as well as certified by the EPA.
