These guys are the best! So helpful, conscientious and very efficient. Zach and Aiden not only went above and beyond with my move, they are both very professional workers and the nicest of guys. Easy to work with, and I wouldn't consider hiring anyone else for a move. Thanks to Billy, Zach and Aiden. I really lucked out, because with the weather and other things going wrong on my move, 3F truly saved the day.

Sum of the rating is I appreciate the attempts to remedy the situation but overall I wouldn't hire them again. I had them move an expensive one of a kind table and double checked that it would be fine for them to move. In february they showed up over an hour late and had a truck full of stuff already to which they moved my table on top of and damaged the top of it with scratches. They moved it with only a thin blue tarp and put the tabletop face down. They have since told me they changed the way they move items. Working on getting my table fixed has been a whole process, its now april and only just has come back. Multiple times they said they would be there "tomorrow" and then canceled. During the process I stressed I didnt want the table to come back looking glossy (previously it was a stone matte finish) and they assured me it wouldn't. It is glossy, and still has some of the scratches in it. There are now also 2 visible dents, which maybe wouldnt show if it still had the matte finish. I appreciated the apologies and efforts they said they would do to future customers, but that doesn't apply to me. It looks better, but not the way it was before they moved the item. I am not sure if they have insurance on moving items.

They were able to show up quickly, remove all my debris even though it was covered in snow, and sent me pictures once they were complete.

Our prices are very competitive. We strive to offer the best value in the Syracuse area.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet you and listen carefully to learn about your project and goals. We ask for payment to be made up front for materials. Then we start working, checking in with you at each step. The remainder of the payment is due when the project has been completed to your satisfaction.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We built up a crew managing our own Airbnb properties. (We are qualified as an Airbnb "superhost".)
