Russ showed up right on time. Gave me a heads up call, letting me know when he was nearby. First thing he did after sizing up the job was put down a heavy duty drop cloth so as not to make any mess. He was extremely knowledgable and was more than happy to answer any and all questions, even explaining the benefits of why he does certain things a particular way. He was thorough but also quick. He even hung from the mount on the wall before hanging the tv, which gave the wife peace of mind about supporting the tv weight. Explained everything after install was complete and when he left, he left no mess behind. Great experience.

LII installed and mounted 3 flat panel TV's -- master bedroom with slim line shelf, basement/toy room and den with a full range of motion tilt/pull-out mount. Russ, from LII, also installed our surround sound system with expert advice on placement. Russ came on time to a scheduled appointment to preview the space and provide a quote for the job. He was then extremely flexible in working out a day/time that was convenient with our schedule to complete the work. The job was completed in a timely, efficient manner, was clean and most importantly pleased the customer.

Russ came out about 2 years ago to mount a TV in my sons room as surprise. He was very professional and explained everything as he was working. Very pleased with his work and will definitely have him back to mount the TV in my daughters room next.

Russ was friendly, professional, and did a great job hanging our TV. He helped us figure out exactly what we needed and made sure we had the proper equipment for the setup that we wanted. Communication was prompt and informative throughout the entire process. We discussed setting up a surround sound speaker system, and I will definitely be hiring Long Island Installations again when it is time to wire the speakers.

What can I say about Russ and Long Island Installations that already hasn't been said? At the risk of sounding like everyone else I have to be honest. Let's start with what was done and then go into how amazing his work was. He wired four rooms for me, three upstairs (second floor) and the living room downstairs. Now that may not sound like much but I haven't mentioned my ridiculous grand idea of dual cables ran into each room. He didn't even make me feel as ridiculous as I knew my request was. He ran two rg6 coaxial cables and two cat6 for Internet into all 3 of the rooms upstairs FROM THE BASEMENT mind you and managed to get them all ran with what seemed like black magic. Did I mention they were fished in the walls. His knowledge and expertise made the job so clean I was astonished. Every other lazy teach offered to wrap the house, not Russ, he saw my vision and made it a reality. Now to continue my ridiculous request he also ran two coaxial cables to the living room and four cat6 with ease as well. That's not all he did in the 8 hours of amazing work he put into my house. Mounted two TV's with what appeared to be Hulk like anchors, or maybe he has a an adamantium connection because my 300 lb frame was able to hang from them and I didn't even hear a creak. That's the true test of a wall mount install. He also installed a floating for my sons cable box. Everything was installed and ran with what I can only describe as perfection. Everything was left cleaner than how he found it. And his professional attitude and customer service is only matched by the amazing work he does. LII includes a regular tilt mount for the tv being mounted. Just provide us the model number of tv and we'll have it. And no, not just any mount will do.

Communication is key. Whether it be text or email, you can always refer back in the conversation and layout all expectations of how the completed job will be.

Selling A/V equipment in 2000 and was then became an installer which lead to many incredible clients. Some of which were celebrities here on Long Island.
