Inspection Boys were great. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Definitely left the house they inspected with confidence a good understanding about what I was purchasing. Also was great to see two guys at the site and not just one.

Peter was so great when doing an inspection on a home that I will be purchasing soon. As a first time home buyer, he explained things thoroughly and no questions I had were unanswered or disregarded. He really knows his stuff and he keeps things light with his humor. Also, the pricing was fair and I received a PDF of the inspection within 2 hours of it being completed. He really does work for the buyer and made it clear that if I had any further questions I could reach out to him at any time! Really great service from The Inspection Boys!

The inspection boys came highly recommended from our realtor. We setup the Inspection and 2 gentleman by the names of Pete and James came and told us from the start if we had any questions or concerns they were there for us and not to hesitate. They were very thorough and had extreme attention to detail really making sure everything was done the right way. On top of that they were on time, very friendly and professional. They completed a 60 plus page inspection report before the night was over and had it in my inbox to review and send out to my attorney and agent the next morning. These guys know what there doing and really knocked it out of the park.

Our prices include free termite inspection. We have multiple inspectors on staff. We can do same day or next day inspections. Reports are always delivered within 24 hours.

We are with the customer from the beginning of the process to the end.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the construction industry for the last 12 years. We dont just inspect homes. We are a licensed mold assessment company. We actively buy and flip homes. Our passion is real estate. The owner owns and operates a home inspection school. Everyone is required to have continueing education.
