FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that there isn’t just one set fee, that it varies from job to job. Electrical work is dangerous and is priced accordingly, other facets are specialized in their own right and have taken years to gain the knowledge and ability to complete, and all of these things require tools that can be very expensive and us handypeople are always replacing or buying more of.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to find out my customers needs, location, coordinate time and date for work to be completed, do the job, and assure my customers they can reach out to me directly for any need they have in the future.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve had many years of on the job training, electrical safety courses, OSHA 10 hour completed, equipment operation training.
