I had to carpet a set of 12 pine stairs leading to my basement. I contacted Floor Pro and they sent a rep with numerous color choices based on what I communicated to them. Three days later, they carpeted my stairs in under 2 hours. The carpet is high quality. There is excellent padding under the carpet and I am extremely satisfied with the results. The price was quite reasonable. I highly recommend them for any services they offer.

The salesman gave me misinformation when booking the job and was impossible to get back in touch with to resolve. He said the installers would cut AND HANG the new door after putting in new bathroom tile flooring. (I HAVE IT IN WRITING) The installer came late, broke my vanity/sink and cut my brand new door crooked so now I can't use and I still have nothing for privacy on the bathroom. When I called the office, the woman threatened to pull her men as soon as they demo'd the bathroom and then bullied me about posting a review. She said they don't know how to hang doors and she can either have them leave now or not do the doors. I couldn't have them leave my house with the toilet in the hallway so they finished and left but be forewarned that they don't stand behind what they say during the sale!

Hi Lauren, We are a Carpet, Flooring, and Installations Company only. Unfortunately, we do not do wall construction, create and install hinges, and cut and install new doors. We do not promote or offer these types of services. As a favor and act of courtesy, our installers still cut the doors for you. A gentle reminder that the project had already been half way done and demolished when you contacted us, because it was started by another company/installer and left incomplete. It is unfortunate you had a bad experience with us, as we did the best that we could to help you and complete the project and service that another installer had demolished and left in bad condition. We can only provide service, assure quality, and guarantee for our Carpet, Flooring, and its Installations. Thank you!
