- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and have over 13 years of hands-on IT experience. My background includes work in corporate IT, infrastructure management, HIPAA-compliant medical support, and cybersecurity best practices. I also stay up to date with ongoing certifications and trainings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve always been passionate about solving tech problems and helping others understand their systems. I started working in IT support after college and quickly moved into management roles. Eventually, I launched Woken Systems Inc. to bring affordable, reliable tech support to small businesses who need it most.
