- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each customer is unique and coaching packages are designed with that in mind.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1 hour paid exploratory consultation to discuss their challenges and help the client understand the coaching process and how that process will be used to help them discover solutions that will support them in their personal or business transformation. At the end of this session clients walk away with a very clear vision of how I can support them and what areas they should begin to focus on to begin the journey. Consultation is paid because coaching actually starts here. If the client chooses to not continue, they walk away with something they can do on their own and if they chose to continue we get more in-depth and they now have a partner to begin the journey with.
