FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
AVERAGE PRICE: $35/per 1-hr. session. Pricing is determined based on age, duration and frequency of sessions, but I am flexible. I care mostly about people getting the results they desire. Per session prices are lower if you: Train for a shorter period of time (Minimum 40 minutes. Maximum 1-hour) Train more frequently (3 or more times per week) Pre-pay monthly (must train a minimum of 2 times/week) I offer student discounts. Cost varies and depends on length of time and frequency.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have an initial consultation to gather background information: Past fitness experience Details regarding goals Identify possible limitations Current nutritional habits After being hired, the first step is a Fitness Evaluation. This helps establish a baseline of the clients current health and fitness level. Measurements, bodyfat and weight are taken. The client then takes a "FitTest": a series of exercises are performed to determine clients current level of strength, endurance and flexibility. After baselines are established, the client consistently works out for 8-12 weeks, then re-tests for results.
