Was about 140lbs when I first started my fitness journey when he gave me some tips and the gym and let me know he was a personal trainer. Since then after committing to his program I’ve gained over 30 lbs of muscle in just a little over a year’s time. With the nutrition plan he included I feel better than ever. Stronger, healthier and more energetic would fully recommend to those that are looking to take their journey serisouly and to the next level. Five stars all around

Very professional and passionate trainer! He loves to work hard while making it fun and is great at motivating you to not just come to the gym but train with a mission. I appreciated his individualized well crafted workouts, worked miracles for me. I highly recommend Dubs!
