- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually take a look to the place to be cleaned in order to provide an accurate price. Also listen to the client's expectations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
listen to customer's needs all the time, every customer and every place are different, so I treat every body and every place in a unique way, because there is not a single customer like any other. Customer's satisfaction is our priority!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a “Home and Commercial Cleaning certification” Cleaning might seem simple, but definetly cleaning is not for every one. I have 15 years of experience doing all kinds of cleaning. I graduated from the White Plains High School, I took an entrepreneurship program, I go to national retreats to grow my cleaning business and to provide a great service to customers, I’m currently educating myself and taking a course to became a life coach wich I know will help me a lot to provide a better service. Also I drive, and I'm bilingual (english/spanish speaker) wich is a plus to be a perfect fit for any customer.
