FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is flexible and I'm always happy to negotiate if you have a fixed budget. One-off engravings run $25-100, since most of the cost is front-loaded in setup and material preparation. Running multiples of the same design is less expensive. Discounts available for vets, charity orgs, schools, starving artists, and anyone with a good cause.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every job has its twists and turns, so communication is crucial. Producing an exceptional finished product is collaborative pursuit between craftsman and client. Just tell me what you'd like to accomplish and I'll quote you a price and time-frame.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Engineering degree + 10 years' experience in a variety of trades working with mixed materials. My skill set includes CAD modeling, jewelry design, 3D printing, machining, laser engraving, and hand engraving.
