I hired De-Escalate for 9 nights big event for 300 to 400 people every night. They were great with the service and response. Always respectful to all the guests. Very professional from the way they dress to the way they talk to everyone. Even their office people on the call are awesome and very friendly guys. Always responded to me on time, checking out with me if everything is fine with event every few days. Looking forward to work with them next year also. Highly recommend it to everyone who wants to hire for personal events to personal events.
