I used Home Inspection Next when buying our house and am very happy with level of detail that was given to it. He pointed out all of the issues with varying severities which made buying a home a lot less stressful for us. It turned out that the first home we wanted to buy had a ton of hidden structural issues as per walkthrough and report. We then moved on in our search and found a house with a lot less issues. Kudrat Tura is excellent - extremely thorough and with a wealth of knowledge . He was able to point out many hidden items and his extensive experience gives him the ability to evaluate things that other less experienced people might not be able to pick up on. The report is excellent and easy to follow, supplemented with photos. During the post report consultation he explains clearly what is going on and what it means. I highly recommend Kudrat Tura and will be using him again in the future!

Kudrat was very flexible. Only with one day notice he was able to schedule an inspection for a multifamily house. He provided a full report within 24 hours and we were able to understand everything.
