I recently had from RIJI Home improvements (RHI), and it was a very good experience. Before reaching out to RHI, I had contacted 4 other contractors and found difficultly to get good response (some of them stopped communicating suddenly), but when I met IB (our project manager) for estimation, I felt I could finally find a right contractor, and that my first impression was right! - Fast and clear estimation - Clear explanation on what to be done, when - On schedule - Professional workers, teamwork - Meticulous work - Make sure whether the client is satisfied with the work - Cleaning after the project IB came to the site every day to check everything was on the right track. If I had any concern, he addressed it and made it clear or gave necessary instructions to his workers. He estimated the duration of work to be 5-7 days, and the project was completed with 5.5 actual working days. (including holiday, it was completed in 7 days in total) Finding a trustworthy contractor is the most important thing and also challenging, but I was very happy to work with them.

Sean and his team worked with my cousin on a project at his property. I was very impressed with their work and my cousin was very happy with the way that the company and the team handled themselves. Once we knew that Sean and his team were available, we contacted RIJI Home improvements and Handywork and hired them for our home remodel and kitchen extension. Customer service was fantastic. Our team included an architect and two designers, in addition to a remodeling crew who performed the work. We had to obtain permits before we could start with the work This took some time, but RIJI Home improvements and Handywork took care of that for us which was nice. Sean was a real professional. He and the remodeling crew started working at our home shortly after we received the permit. During the work, It felt like everything was in order and everyone knew what they were doing. In addition, Sean kept us in the loop of things. All our questions were always promptly addressed, and he was totally there whenever needed. Staying within the project timeline was a bit of an issue. This wasn't a typical home remodel, but the project took longer than we originally planned. This might be because of COVID or the fact that the remodeling team were very detailed. When thinking back on the entire process and considering the quality of work and the beautiful results, RIJI Home improvements and Handywork gave us a 5-star experience. A big thank you to Sean and his team for the hard work that was put into our beautiful remodeled

We had a very good experience with RIJI Home improvements and Handywork. They remodeled our bathroom and did a very nice job. Per our request we met with two of their customers at their respective jobsites. They both agreed that RIJI Home improvements and Handywork were professional and thorough. In addition Alex, our project manager made a significant impression on us which made RIJI Home improvements and Handywork stand out from other contractors that we had met with. This was a simple but complete bathroom remodel. It took three weeks for the crew to complete the entire job. During that time Alex and his guys were very helpful and made sure that we were updated each day about the progress they were making. We were present for all the city inspections because we wanted to be sure that everything was done correctly and got the necessary approval, which it did with no problem at all. Working with Alex and RIJI Home improvements and Handywork was pleasant and easy. We admire their high standards and attention to detail. We appreciate their patience when answering all our questions and requests. We are considering having a kitchen remodel soon and know who we will hire for the job when we decide to move ahead with it. Thank you Alex, and RIJI Home improvements and Handywork.

Having Francisco as our project manager was a blessing. We had been planning our home remodeling project for a long-time. A close friend of ours hired RIJI Home improvements and Handywork for their home addition and it turned out beautiful. Towards the end of their addition, they invited us to have a walk through and meet Francisco who was their project manager at the time. The meeting went really well and we knew right there and then that we would like to work with him and RIJI Home improvements and Handywork. We hired RIJI Home improvements and Handywork for the complete project, including design and architecture services. Our remodel involved some structural changes which required the assistance of Jamie the company's architect. All in all, the entire plan to permit stage was pretty straight forward and smooth. Although the city weren't easy to communicate with the team at RIJI Home improvements and Handywork were able to push things forward according to schedule. Francisco was a true asset for this project he was extremely helpful in moving things forward. He was very patient with us but very strict and assertive with vendors and the remodeling professionals. He did not cut corners and went into the nitty gritty details. He made sure that everything was done according to plan and was on top of all the project aspects. The city inspector was impressed with the project's progress and how organized and detailed the remodeling team were. He said that this was a team of professionals who knew their craft. Hiring RIJI Home improvements and Handywork is a choice that we are happy with. We felt that we were in good hands and that this is a company we could trust to take responsibility for their work. A big thanks to Francisco and the rest of the remodeling team who were respectful and extremely helpful along the way.

We worked with Bill and RIJI Home improvements in Dec 2022 and they started work immediately after we received approval from our HOA in Jan 2023. Bill listened to our need of increasing parking space to our existing driveway. He gave us good recommendations to remove an existing tree so we can enlarge the new paver area so we can park an additional 3 cars. He helped us draw up the plan for submission to our HOA, and was quick to respond for additional info from our HOA via text and email. My wife had a lot of questions throughout the process and Bill was very patient and customer focused in addressing her concerns. The actual demo and paver installation work was completed in 3 days which exceeded our expectations. The day after the completed installation, my wife noticed oil stains on a couple of the pavers. We texted the picture to Bill and he arranged the crew to come out the next day to take a look. To make sure my wife was happy with the results, Bill had the crew replaced the two pavers with oil stain and a few other pavers with scratch marks. We thought it will be an easy task, but the crew had to chip each paver individually out and reapply the polymeric sand. To make sure we were completely happy with the results, Bill went an extra step and scheduled Bates Clean and Seal to come out and give us a complementary chemical wash for the entire paver area for a sparkling finish. That is why we highly recommend Bill and RIJI Home improvements who stand behind their product and work to the customer's satisfaction! Some of our neighbors walked by and asked about the project and I gladly referred them to Bill.
