Miguel was amazing to work with. He came in a day before to assess my floor and provided a few recommendations. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. His work was also great, and he made himself available to come back and review the work should anything go wrong. His price is also extremely reasonable. Would highly recommend!

Miguel and his team were incredible. The work is top notch (Demo, plaster work, new floors), but most importantly he was wonderful to work with. I needed my hardwood floors redone quickly before moving my furniture into my new place. Miguel was wonderful. He responded quickly and came to my home later that day for an estimate. He explained everything and answered all my questions. We set up a day for later that week. He arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and my floors look amazing. Miguel was a pleasure to work with. He came early in the morning ready to work with his tools and equipment. he explained the job perfectly and executed to perfection this room makeover!! He really knows construction and was able to fix the uneven surfaces of the original flooring. he also explained the molding needed to cover the gaps. I will need to see the job before being able to provide a quote. We will discuss price and once a price is agreed upon, I will begin the work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have to see the work beforehand in order to provide a quote. Once we agree on a price, I will create a contract for the customer to sign before work is started.

I work for the carpentry union of New York and I have 20 years of experience.
