- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When new customers inquire, I like to give them a full breakdown of my packages and then, I like to schedule a phone call to answer any questions in detail, learn the vision of my new client, and to make sure we are a good fit for each other :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Although my BA degree in not specifically in videography, I've taken multiple college courses that have taught me how to use different types of cameras and professional editing software. Before starting my freelance business, I worked for a videography company in my old university. Through my extensive experience there, I have learned to edit efficiently and be punctual with my work.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began traveling the world in 2015. Through videography, I started telling stories of the places and people I met throughout my journey. Since, I've been greatly passionate about the power of visual arts. Filming while traveling has also taught me to work with the unexpected, and to quickly think of solutions when things aren't going according to plan.
