My Hunter Douglas blinds needed repair and Eric responded immediately. Throughout our correspondence, he’s been really responsive. He came and took care of our blinds, then followed up during our wait time and installed the repaired blinds in perfect manner. Eric is the best, I’m thoroughly impressed and is my go to if I need to redo all my windows in the future. Window Therapy for window treatments 👍!

My experience was pure awesomeness from start to finish. When I met Eric, he was very professional. When he entered our home, he even put on shoe covers (I have brand new floors). The quality of the products are amazing and I know the blinds will last for years. When the blinds were installed, he followed up with a phone call to confirm everything was to our satisfaction. I cannot say enough about how excellent our experience was with Window Therapy! Eric and his assistant installed roller and cellular shades on all 13 of our windows (in just a couple hours). The work was done quickly but also cleanly and precisely. I highly recommend them!

I appreciated their quick responses and fair prices. I got quotes from a few different sources and Window Therapy was very reasonable. They showed up when they said they would, explained what decisions I needed to make and gave their recommendations (which was greatly appreciated since I was unsure on a couple of points), and once we agreed on the task they completed the job in a timely fashion. So easy to work with! Highly recommend.
