We could write paragraphs about the amazing experience we had with Tony and his entire team of employees. Our 150 year-old home had a laundry list of needed fixes and each was complicated by one factor or another. Tony spent HOURS at our house investigating and working up a plan even before he had our business. Ryan then walked us through the NYSEG and NYSERDA approval processes and even went to bat for us to speed up approval. Then they started the work and it was amazing how professional, diligent and friendly the team was. Nothing on our project went as planned and each solution identified a new issue - joys of updating a 150 year-old house. At each instance, Jim, Mark or Tony explained the challenge, answered all our questions and stayed until the job was done. Without question, this is the hardest working, most trustworthy, knowledgeable and diligent contractor I've ever hired. Call them today.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Interesting question! We have heard from some that are prices were somewhat higher but definitely worth it and glad they chose us. We have heard from others that our pricing is lower and more affordable than most. What we know is that our pricing is in line with industry guidelines and we believe our performance and team qualify us for your business and trust.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet our homeowners face to face, so we would schedule to meet with you at your earliest convenience. Upon arriving we like to get to know you and determine what your needs are and how we can help. After that, we will perform and inspection of your home and look for building reasons as to why you are experiencing your complaint. We look for health and safety concerns that you may not be aware of and we take you on a tour of your home with photos to show you what we have found. We provide you with an estimate to allow you to make an informed decision.
