I needed a Mold expert to identify if my rental apartment in the kitchen area had 2ft x 2ft of mold, which was reported by my very difficult tenant. Green City Restoration was quick to respond to my request. One of their technicians was at my location the next day. They assessed the area and found no mold. They also provided me with a letter and pictures to submit to NYC Department of Housing. This company is very helpful. I highly recommend them.

I had very old insulation replaced in my attic by another contractor. The insulation was very dirty, with droppings and water damage. There was a lot of fiberglass dust and debris left in the house as the other contractor didn't properly remove the insulation or clean up. I called Green City to help me clean the fiberglass dust and they did an amazing job. They came the very next day to evaluate the job and fit me in their schedule right away. They were very professional and very thorough. They also discovered mold on the plywood. Which they thoroughly cleaned for me without any additional charge. They went over and above to get the job done right. I was so very pleased and grateful for their hard-work, honesty and professionalism. I can’t thank them enough !
