I had Paramount Chimney and Gutter Corp install a stainless steel lining system for four heating appliances, and I’ve got to say they delivered exactly what they promised. This was a difficult, technical job, and they handled it with professionalism, precision, and zero excuses. The crew showed up and knew exactly what they were doing, and didn’t cut corners. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We explain in great detail all levels of work , starting with our chimney sweeps and inspections , up to and including full chimney rebuilds. We answer any question that our customers may have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the chimney business for nearly 30 years, doing repairs, cleanings and rebuilds. About 10 years ago, we decided to open our own company and just be a better example of chimney company. We are fully licensed and insured. We carry a CSIA certification (Chimney Safety Institute of America) Not many chimney companies carry this certification. We've kept in for over 9 years and counting!
