We have different packages, also based on the amount of people makes the price vary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, my process begins with an initial consultation to understand their event needs, preferences, and any special requests. I’ll ask about the type of event, guest count, drink preferences, and budget to ensure we’re on the same page. After that, I create a personalized cocktail menu and send over a proposal with pricing, services, and any additional options, like bartenders or glassware rentals. Once everything is agreed upon, we finalize the details, including logistics, event timing, and any special requirements. On the event day, my team and I arrive early to set up, ensuring everything is ready and running smoothly. We provide great service throughout the event, making sure guests are enjoying the drinks and the experience. After the event, I follow up with the customer to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback, ensuring we’ve met their expectations and building a relationship for future events.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Hospitality trained, with a background in Tourism & Hospitality Management in Bsc & A Bsc in Environmental Science. Working in the Restaurant and hospitality industry for 8-10 years.
