I found Diego thru Thumbtack and he had exceptional ratings. However, would he live up to my expectations? Diego exceeded my expectations and beyond! His communication was excellent which I find to be very important. He called me when I had some questions, verified the appointment the day before, and gave me an ETA the day of our appointment. He spent almost four hours at my house cleaning the ducts. Needless to say, they were extremely dirty. He showed me before and after pictures. They cleaned every single register and I also notice after he left that he fixed a broken register in the basement without question. Diego was extremely professional as well as his colleague. They left my house spotless and vacuumed any area that was not clean. Right before they left, I had an additional question. Diego came back in the house to answer my question and installed a filter I had had in my main register. I couldn’t have asked for a better service! I highly recommend if you are looking for someone to clean your air ducts. They do more than that as well. I will definitely recommend to anyone who may need their services! Thank you again Diego! You are truly the best!
