- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive with other pros. A wide variety of tools and equipment is needed to do this type of work and life is not cheap! I work hard for the money charged.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I try to understand fully what they want done and the end result they want. Then I can figure out the process needed to achieve that result. I strive to build an understanding between each other that will leave both of us smiling. I adopted a motto from working with my father that he would always tell the costumer, "I'm in the business of making people smile, if you are happy, I am happy"
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have all on the job training/ learning from doing experience. I also reference many different professionals over the internet to research anything I haven't accomplished before or if I just want to find better ways to do something. No, I don't know how to do everything but I can learn! I do know my limits though.
