- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for working with a new customer begins with an initial consultation. We prefer to connect with our clients over the phone or via video chat to introduce ourselves and learn more about their needs and vision. This conversation helps us determine if we are a good match and can work together effectively. During this consultation, we also discuss the client's budget, as it influences the level of service we can provide. After the initial meeting, we create a proposal outlining our services. Once accepted, both parties will sign a contract to secure the date and initiate the planning process. Our services range from full event planning to day-of coordination and include, but are not limited to, conducting research, creating an event design or theme, finding a suitable venue, arranging catering, decorations, and entertainment, planning transportation if needed, sending invitations to attendees, coordinating accommodations, managing event staff, and overseeing setup and breakdown. Our primary goal is to alleviate our clients' stress so they can fully enjoy their celebrations with family and friends.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have successfully completed multiple online courses focused on event planning. However, we truly believe that real-world experience is invaluable.
