- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is customized based on the services you are looking for. We offer many levels to suit your needs, from the very basic to luxury decor. We have competitive pricing and are currently offering a 10% discount on services for new customer booking a 2024-2025 wedding or another type of event with us! Book before October 1st, 2024 to get the 2024 rates!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I like to talk to my customers on the phone and establish what the client is looking for and what expectations they have. It's a good idea to discuss a budget and evaluate if we are able to work together. After the initial consultation, we put together a contract to hold the date and start the planning process. Our services entail, but are not limited to, conducting research, creating an event design/theme, finding a suitable venue, arranging for food, decorations, and entertainment, planning for transportation to and from the event if necessary, sending invitations to attendees, arranging accommodation for attendees, coordinating the activities of event staff, set up and breakdown. Our goal is to take the stress off of our client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have attended several online courses with regards to event planning. In all honesty, practice makes perfect and at Memories Made by Brenda we have been working on events and parties for over 20 years.
