I highly recommend Brenda and Sarah for event planning. I hired them to decorate and coordinate our 1-year wedding anniversary in Rochester, and since I live on the West Coast, it was crucial that I had full support throughout the planning process and on the day of the event. They exceeded my expectations, making the entire day stress-free. They truly understood my vision and went above and beyond to bring it to life, ensuring everything ran smoothly for both me and my husband. What stood out the most was their dedication on the day of the event. They stayed throughout and handled last-minute requests without hesitation, allowing me to relax and enjoy the celebration without any concerns. Both Brenda and Sarah were collaborative, great listeners, and fully committed to making our day special. The only feedback I have is to begin the planning process a bit earlier. While everything came together beautifully (it was a smaller event with about 70 guests), some aspects of planning felt rushed, and it wasn’t until about a week before the event that I felt everything was fully in place. That said, these two are lovely to work with, and I would definitely hire them again!

Words can not describe how vital Brenda was to my wedding as my day of coordinator! Brenda and her staff made my wedding seamless, I simply can't thank them enough! They took so much off of my shoulders. I appreciate their attention to detail and how it matched my attention to detail, I wish I was getting married again, just to hire Brenda again!

Brenda did such a wonderful job as our day of coordinator for our wedding, she handled the responsibilities I gave her swiftly and efficiently so that I could relax and my close friends didn’t have to lift a finger. I couldn’t ask for a better person to help organize and coordinate the ceremony and reception. Everyone I talked to afterwards said she was so helpful in guiding guests and that she also did what she needed to do to get the job done. During the ceremony she ensured that people stayed quiet, and were not disrupting the processional. She also made sure I was her priority in case I ever needed anything. She is very flexible and she has a fair price. I would 100% recommend if you’re planning a wedding to get a coordinator to ease the stress and Brenda is your gal.

Brenda was fantastic to work with. She took all the stress off my fiancé (now wife) and myself on our big day. She enhanced our vision and brought it to life with all the extra details we could think of and quite honestly forgot. Thank you again for everything.
