I have worked with Pamela many times and each makeup application that she has does has exceeded my expectations. Pamela is very knowledgeable in the process of applying makeup, and makes sure that the colors and products being used are best for you and your skin type. She takes time before beginning to choose the best colors and style based on your personality, clothing, and what you have requested. Pamela is wonderful at creating unique looks and is able to come up with a vision in her head that will enhance your natural beauty and features. I have utilized Pamela's services for fun daytime looks, as a part of several bridal parties, and for looks to go with Halloween costumes showing her broad range of talents. Pamela is extremely polite, professional, and makes you feel very relaxed and comfortable during the process. She is very open to many ideas that you bring to her, and works hard to expand her knowledge and skills. I would highly recommend Pamela to anyone looking for any type of makeup application for special events.

Pam did my makeup and my bridesmaid's makeup for my wedding in 2012. I am not very knowledgeable of makeup, and I don't usually wear it. Pam chose a style that worked for me, very light and natural, yet still exquisite. Pam also explained to me everything she was doing, what products she was using and even held a practice session before the wedding date. On the day of my wedding Pam was very prompt and professional. She brought everything needed to apply makeup to myself, my bridesmaids and my mother. As every person has a different complexion, Pam was prepared with the variety of makeup to ensure everyone's needs were met. She gave personal attention to each person in the wedding party, and everyone was very happy with the outcomes. On the day of my wedding, the temperature was 90 degrees, and it was an outside wedding. Pam used superior products so makeup did not run or need to be reapplied. Planning a big event such as a wedding is a lot of work, the last thing people need to worry about is something small yet important like makeup. After hiring Pam, I did not have to worry about anything regarding makeup. She was very professional and pleasant to work with. I would recommend Pam for anyone looking to have makeup professionally done for a wedding or any other special event.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, but will vary slightly depending on travel time and distance. I will do a discount for parties or military. I'll have a price menu available soon.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It will vary depending on the clients needs. For bridal parties it is recommended to have a "run through", as a bride you don't want to find out the day of the wedding that your make-up artist isn't what you wanted. Basically, we will discuss location, needs of client, skin type, the look wanted to be achieved, time. Really anything that will help me to be prepared for your needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-I studied and graduated 2004 from Continental school of beauty. -I have had the pleasure being a regional freelance artist for several of the bigger department store companies and worked along side several National and International makeup artist (i.e. Lancome, Clinique, Estee Lauder, Elizabeth Arden, etc). 2001-2006 -Personal experience with many drugstore brands (Elf, NYX, L'orel, Revlon, Jessie's Girl) and higher end lines (Too Faced, Urban Decay) -2002-present freelancing on my own
