FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive rates and we tailor our pricing to our client's specific needs for service. Because of this, our pricing structure varies from one client to the next. Contact us for a Portfolio Needs Assessment, and we will be able to provide you with a quote relative to the services you require.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first impression is just as important as our follow-through. Once a potential client has contacted us, we schedule a time to meet and discuss the level of management services the client requires. We offer both full service and limited service options, so the client can be involved as much or as little as they desire. After discussing and completing the client's Portfolio Needs Assessment, we take the time to review all of the properties in the client's portfolio in-person and develop a custom strategic system for implementing the services the client desires. Lastly, we generate a Management Proposal based on our study of each individual asset relative to the current market conditions as well as the client's desired services. This involves a final in-person review with the client to discuss the Proposal and and make any adjustments as necessary before discussing contracted services. We are not happy until our clients are fully comfortable with the terms of our service before proceeding.
