FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While we offer a fair price, you should also know that in this business you frequently get what you pay for. While no one wants to pay the highest price, typically the lowest price is not a good option either. You have to ask yourself, why is this price so low? What are they missing or what are they sacrificing in terms of quality? Many times, people who went with a lower bid called us back because they were unhappy with the work of the lowest cost painter.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We respond to new clients quickly and schedule a time to look at the job and assess their needs. After this, we get you a price ASAP and seek to answer any additional questions you may have. If you decide to move ahead with us, we will ask for a deposit and schedule the job. We forgo high pressure sales in favor of building a relationship of trust with our clients. This has resulted in us having a long-term relationship with 60% of our clients and creates a win-win situation for all of us. Many of our clients refer us to their family and friends, which we obviously love!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked all my life in customer service. I started in the paint industry by selling paint products. This gave us an advantage in having thorough knowledge of paint products and proper practices.
